David Lloyd Sterrebeek is looking for a Sales Manager who can lead and inspire a team of Sales Consultants in a dynamic, premium environment focused on quality and customer experience. Your key responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team to achieve (and exceed) the Club's monthly membership goals.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and development of the team, nurturing individual potential and cultivating a motivating work atmosphere.
  • Be a hands-on leader, actively involved in the day-to-day operations, engaging with members and collaborating closely with all departments to ensure a five-star experience.
  • Work in close partnership with the General Manager and Regional Sales Manager, contributing to the Club's overall commercial strategy.
  • Track and analyse KPIs, sales performance, and retention metrics.
  • Take part in events, community initiatives, and promotional campaigns to grow the Club's visibility and sense of belonging.


What we're looking for

  • At least 2 year of experience managing a team in sales, hospitality, sports, or retail.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A proactive, positive mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • A true passion for the wellness industry and the ambition to grow in a premium brand.
  • Confident with digital tools such as CRM systems, reporting software, and spreadsheets.
  • Fluency in English and either French or Dutch is required. Knowledge of both, or any additional EU language, is a strong plus.


What we offer

  • Annual gross salary between €42,000 and €48,000, plus performance-based bonuses and incentives
