Sales Manager - Technology Services

This role combines technical problem solving with consultative sales to help manufacturers in Latin America optimize food processing. As the technical-commercial link within one of the world's leading suppliers to the food industry, the Solutions Sales Engineer works closely with regional sales teams across Latin America. When customer inquiries become specific, they provide detailed input on specifications, applications and the added value of GEA's processing solutions (such as marinating, forming, slicing, mixing, or packaging for meat, fish, poultry, plant based products and vegetables; all aimed at quality, efficiency and consistency). They strengthen the commercial process with technical expertise, translate machine capabilities into practical customer solutions, support proposal development and deliver product presentations and training. They also share market insights with product management and contribute to continuous product development. This position includes regular travel within Latin America to support sales teams and advise customers precisely when technical expertise is needed.
