Our client is a successful and progressive print company who have made recent substantial investments and wish to appoint a Sales Manager/ Sales Director Designate to help them realise ambitious growth plans. This is the ideal role for someone who feels they have a lot more to offer a company other than turnover. You will have considerable input into the development of the company's website and new corporate brochure. You will manage a small team of sales execs and play a major role in the overall strategy of the business. Like many of these vacancies we are looking for the 'finished article' however the client will consider candidates who have a number of the skills/ experience required but has great potential.

Candidates will have
  • At least 5 years print sales experience
  • Knowledge of print both digital and litho
  • Successful track record of (key) account management and new customer lead generation
  • Ability to design and execute both short term and longer term sales development strategies
  • Ability to assess, review and develop Sales Team.
