Description
- Oversee the preparation and processing of invoices to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor income streams and reconcile accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
- Sales ledger cash allocation
- Debt and cash collection
- Prepare detailed financial reports for stakeholders as required.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the accounting functions.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues on financial procedures and systems.
Profile
A successful Sales Ledger & Controller should have:
- Formal qualifications or training in accounting, finance, or a related field - AAT or similar
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in financial systems and software, to include excel
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving financial processes.
