Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth.
- Build and establish new customer accounts: initial contact to long-term partnership
- Identify and develop business opportunities for the assigned geographical regions.
- Bridge technical expertise in laser source manufacturing with industrial OEM customer needs to deliver effective solutions.
- Navigate challenging conversations with confidence, transparency, and professionalism
- Act as the company's technical advisor and expert on laser source technologies used in industry.
- Collaborate with internal R&D, Product and Production for solution design and successful project delivery.
- Plan and execute in-person demos and technical presentations at client locations
- Attend international fairs and travel to key clients in EMEA.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Physics, science, engineering, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of laser source technologies and their applications in industry.
- Proven experience in end-to-end sales management in the industrial segment/ OEMs.
- Demonstrated experience in expanding business into new geographical markets
- A people person with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, any other European languages is a plus.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
