An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Uttoxeter Agency.
About the role:
As a Sales Executive for the Uttoxeter Agency you will:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and lead generation to grow the client base.
- Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Present and explain insurance policy options in a clear and compelling manner, ensuring clients are fully informed and confident in their decisions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage renewals, cross-selling of Financial Services and Risk Management Services, and long-term loyalty.
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and policy documentation in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice and maintain compliance.
- Collaborate with underwriters and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy details using CRM systems and reporting tools.
About you:

Ideally, you'd be:
- Experienced in sales, ideally within insurance or financial services (though not essential).
- A natural relationship-builder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organised.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
- Willing to learn and develop professionally - we'll support you with full training and development opportunities.
Desirable:
- Cert CII or willingness to work toward professional qualifications.
- Knowledge of insurance products or FCA compliance.
