We've collaborated with some fantastic partners including the Natural History Museum, Hilton, the Ritz, Etsy and Jimmy Choo, and have been featured 12 times on the App Store as well as been rated the number 1 app by Apple. Our investors are well known for supporting some previous successful unicorns such as Airbnb, Pinterest, Skyscanner and Tesla.

What will I be doing?

Your core responsibility will be to drive new business growth by converting prospective suppliers and partners through high quality outreach, discovery and closing, while delivering an excellent, consultative experience that builds long term value. This is a unique opportunity where you can develop, grow and continuously learn. As a Sales Executive, you will play an integral role in growing out our Supplier Sales function.

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and pipeline generation
    • You execute daily high volume cold and warm outreach to qualify prospects and create opportunities.
    • You tailor introductions to our products and new features to spark interest and next steps.
    • You maintain disciplined activity and CRM hygiene to ensure full visibility of the funnel.
  • End to end new business sales
    • You manage the full sales cycle from first touch through contract signature for SMB/MM prospects.
    • You run structured discovery to uncover needs, map stakeholders and position value.
    • You build business cases that link features to measurable outcomes for the client.
  • Negotiation, closing and forecasting
    • You follow up proactively to progress deals, negotiate terms within guardrails and close to target dates.
    • You maintain accurate stage progression and probability to support reliable forecasts.
    • You use data to improve win rate, deal size and cycle time.
  • Client experience and relationship building
    • You create a best in class buying experience across phone, video and email.
    • You communicate clearly, handle objections, and nurture trust with decision makers.
    • You ensure clean handovers to Account Management for onboarding and success.
  • Commercial collaboration
    • You partner with Sales and Accounts teams to spot cross sell/upsell and packaged opportunities.
    • You share market feedback to inform pricing, messaging and product priorities.
    • You coordinate with peers across departments to unblock deals and improve processes.
