Location: Portugal (the role will require you to be traveling across several cities)

The Role

This is a pure new-business role. You'll own TSS's commercial entry in your market - building a partner portfolio from zero and running the full sales cycle from cold outreach to signed contract. Success is measured in signed contracts and conversion rates, not activity.


What You'll Do

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new venue partners across hospitality, F&B, nightlife, and lifestyle
  • Build and manage your own pipeline - 80+ qualified prospects within 90 days
  • Hit 10-14 signed partner contracts per month from Month 3, at 30%+ conversion
  • Self-generate 100% of pipeline through outbound - no reliance on inbound leads
  • Become a trusted name in your local market and grow a referral network
  • Keep CRM updated within 24 hours of every interaction and report weekly

  • Proven track record opening new accounts from scratch - not inheriting them
  • Hunter mentality: you initiate, you push, you close
  • Strong local network in hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle
  • 30%+ meeting-to-close conversion you can back up with data
  • Disciplined CRM user and self-manager - you don't need to be chased
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
