Location: UK (Remote - 1 day per month in office)
Salary: £60,000 - £85,000 base (up to £90,000 DOE)
OTE: 100% uncapped (e.g. £80k base = £160k OTE)
Reporting to: Managing Director
A globally recognised Identity & Access Management (IAM) consultancy with over 16 years of industry expertise. Operating across the UK, France, India, and South Africa, the business supports global enterprises with specialist IAM and cybersecurity solutions.
Partnering with leading technology vendors and supported by a global network of specialist consultants, the company is entering its next growth phase and is hiring a high performing Sales Executive to drive new business acquisition.
This is a brand new role with clear progression to Sales Director and the opportunity to build and lead a team.
The Role - Pure New Business HunterThis is a true hunter role. You will be responsible for winning new enterprise clients within the IAM and cybersecurity consulting space.
You will own the full sales cycle independently:
- Lead generation
- Market research & prospect mapping
- Discovery & qualification
- Consultative pitching
- Proposal development
- Negotiation & closing
Average deal size: £100,000
All revenue from won accounts is retained for 12 months and contributes toward your bonus earnings.
- Minimum 2+ years as an Account Executive
- Full end to end sales cycle ownership
- Experience selling SaaS or technology consulting solutions
- Background within an SME or growth stage business (no large corporate profiles)
- Experience closing six figure deals preferred
- Comfortable selling to enterprise / senior decision makers
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
- Willingness to attend events and sell face to face

Key Responsibilities New Business Acquisition- Identify, approach and win new enterprise clients within IAM & cybersecurity
- Build pipeline through outbound activity, events, referrals and networking
- Understand client IAM challenges and security priorities
- Position tailored consulting and vendor led solutions
- Articulate ROI and business value to C level stakeholders (CIO, CISO, IT leadership)
- Manage complex, multi stakeholder sales cycles
- Lead contract negotiations
- Close high value, long term engagements
- Work closely with SDR, marketing, pre sales and consultants
- Ensure seamless client handover post sale
- £60k-£85k base (up to £90k for exceptional candidates)
- Uncapped commission (100% of base)
