As a Sales Executive you will be joining a global brand leader. A bespoke training programme will equip you with product knowledge, customer service excellence and sales expertise, while running a profitable retail centre. The role focuses on developing business opportunities, managing and building relationships. Based in Newcastle this is a full time permanent position, Monday to Friday, with a starting salary of circa £27,500 and an on target earnings (OTE) of £32,000.
Key Accountabilities- Drive your own development by engaging with the training programme.
- Undertake retail and customer service activities within the company's shop to optimise and exceed sales targets, profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and research new business leads.
- Grow customer accounts via targeted cold and warm calling.
- Visit customers weekly, demonstrating products.
- Manage cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies.
- Assist customers with sales, queries and after sales service.
- Conduct stock takes as requested.
- Re stock and replenish items.
- Understand the range of company products.
- Administer sales orders received.
- Handle any returns.
- Attend training, meetings and company events onsite and at head office.
- Ambitious, proactive and driven.

- Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised.
- High degree of computer literacy.
- Customer centric individual.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Starting salary circa £27,500 and an OTE £32,000.
