Responsibilities:
  1. Manage our growing portfolio of customers in Management System Certification.
  2. Maintain and nurture existing accounts and actively approach potential customers through business meetings.
  3. Identify market opportunities and customer needs.
  4. Prepare price offers using our information system.
  5. Communicate final terms and conditions and prepare contracts.
  6. Achieve business goals according to the personal sales plan.
  7. Collaborate with other departments such as Operations and Marketing.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in certification services or consulting.
  • Drive for sales and success.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Independence and responsibility in task execution.
  • Creativity and openness to new solutions and concepts.
  • Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluency in Slovak and advanced English skills.
  • Driver's license.
  • Representative behavior and effective communication skills at all levels.
