Location: Based at our Chesterfield HQ. After training, you'll have the option to work from home one day a week.
Working hours: 40 hours per week, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with warm inbound leads and qualifying their needs.
  • Making outbound calls to potential customers and generating new sales opportunities.
  • Showcasing our range of EV charging products with confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Building rapport, overcoming objections, and guiding customers to the right solution.
  • Meeting (and smashing!) monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Keeping our CRM system updated with accurate records of conversations and sales activity.

Salary - £30,000 per annum OTE

About you

  • A confident communicator, both on the phone and in writing.
  • Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
  • Driven by targets, motivated by results.
  • Skilled at building trust, solving problems, and closing deals.
  • Organised, tech-savvy, and comfortable using CRM systems.
  • Experience in the EV charging, renewable energy, or tech industry is advantageous.
