Contract Type: Permanent, full-time
Salary: Up to £50,000 OTE, including £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission
Working hours: 44 hours on a rota basis, Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00, and Saturdays 08:00 to 17:00 5-day working week - with NO Sundays and a day off midweek

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you. This role allows you to utilize your customer service skills and provide an exceptional experience to our customers. Previous automotive experience is desirable but not essential; we are looking for individuals willing to learn and get involved. Full support and training will be provided, including access to Lookers' sales process training from Day 1. At Brighton MG, our Sales Advisors specialize in new or used car sales, ensuring compliance with our FCA-regulated sales process.
You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, communicating via email, phone, and in person. Attention to detail and excellent administration skills will help you succeed in closing deals. A full UK driving licence is essential as you may be required to drive some of the most prestigious vehicles on the market.
Responsibilities / Key Skills
- Communicating effectively through all channels to maintain high customer service levels
- Listening to customer needs and suggesting suitable vehicles
- Arranging and accompanying test drives
- Negotiating final sale prices
- Completing all relevant paperwork
- Following up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction
- Maintaining standards to meet KPIs
