Frankie Coffee Systems UK is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing our database across various sectors and channels, and seeking out new business opportunities.
While being a fan of coffee is not essential, this role offers an exciting opportunity to sell high-end fully automatic coffee machines and work with customers to meet their expectations.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions along with first-class service and support.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure processes are followed, orders are fulfilled, and client queries are handled effectively and professionally.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication with prospects.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the coffee industry.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Some experience in business development or account management, preferably related to coffee or coffee equipment, is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Quick learner capable of understanding and communicating technical information effectively.
- High enthusiasm and eagerness for new challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel across the UK to meet customers and end-user sites.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
