Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive at Destination Motorcycles

Birchwood Group is a forward-looking company with retail stores, workshops, and facilities based across the south coast of Sussex and Hampshire.

Reporting to the General Sales Manager, we are seeking an experienced, highly motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service to join our busy sales department at our Destination Motorcycles dealership in Christchurch, Dorset.

This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first. You will support and guide customers throughout the purchase of their new vehicle.

Your duties will include:

• Identifying and encouraging potential customers
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Presenting suitable options to customers and adapting to their buying strategies
• Negotiating and closing sales deals to meet or exceed targets
• Liaising with colleagues and other departments to provide seamless service
• Performing other duties as required

Package and Benefits:

Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00, Saturdays 08:30 - 18:00 (1st April - 30th September)
• Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00, Saturdays 08:30 - 16:30 (1st October - 31st March)
