The role: Sales ExecutiveSalary: £22,000 Basic - £40-55K OTE (uncapped)
Location: Maidstone
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours, 5 days out of 7 on a rota - weekend work will be required

What will my day-to-day look like?- Build rapport with customers in the showroom
- Provide a no-pressure sales experience and identify customer needs
- Complete face-to-face quotes on vehicles aligned with customer preferences
- Upsell relevant products and finance options where appropriate
- Work with the team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure same-day delivery and manage expectations regarding delays
- A full UK driving licence
- Experience in customer service
- Sales experience or target-driven background is a plus
- Strong rapport-building skills and understanding of customer needs
- Flexibility to work weekends
