The role: Sales Executive

Salary: £22,000 Basic - £40-55K OTE (uncapped)

Location: Maidstone

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours, 5 days out of 7 on a rota - weekend work will be required

What will my day-to-day look like?

1. Build rapport with customers in the showroom
2. Provide a no-pressure sales experience and identify customer needs
3. Complete face-to-face quotes on vehicles aligned with customer preferences
4. Upsell relevant products and finance options where appropriate
5. Work with the team to meet and exceed sales targets
6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure same-day delivery and manage expectations regarding delays

What do we need from you?

• A full UK driving licence
• Experience in customer service
• Sales experience or target-driven background is a plus
• Strong rapport-building skills and understanding of customer needs
• Flexibility to work weekends
