The bit about us:x+why was founded in 2019 by three entrepreneurs with a mission to make business a force for good. For us that means considering people and planet alongside profit. We're a Certified B Corp and operate more than 400,000 square feet of hospitality led coworking, event, and members' club spaces in 15 locations across London, Birmingham, Manchester, and Milton Keynes, with more launches planned.
The bit about the role:Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be pivotal to the success of our national sales team. As the primary point of contact for all inbound sales enquiries you will:
- Engage confidently with brokers and prospective members to understand their needs.
- Manage the sales inbox and upload all enquiries to HubSpot.
- Allocate enquiries to the relevant site and coordinate viewing schedules.
- Maintain the CRM to accurately reflect lead status and ensure active leads are followed up.
You are highly motivated and confident in creating impact through relationships. You will:
- Have 2-4 years of inside sales experience.
- Enjoy building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understand broker fundamentals and be able to hit the ground running.
- Excel at managing multiple priorities and maintaining a positive outlook.
