Sales Enablement Lead

Freelance: minimum 8-month contract
You will lead a team of three enablement professionals, manage our enablement programs and tools (with a strong focus on sales enablement tool), drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Analytics, and support the strategic maturity of our enablement approach.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coach the Sales Enablement team (3 people)
Lead the adoption and scaling of sales enablement tool: Enforce and evolve content governance frameworks. Monitor usage, report on adoption trends, and drive continuous optimization.
Serve as the main enablement liaison for Sales, Product, Marketing, and Analytics.
Analyze data to uncover gaps, measure impact, and prioritize next actions.
Identify and lead initiatives to improve process, tooling, and consistency.
Bring in external best practices and structure to support team and program scale.
What are we looking for?
Strong project management/program management skills (a must)
Experience in enablement
Experience in leading teams (for at least 1 year)
Strong hands-on experience with sales enablement tools and LMS (Optional)
Cross-functional savvy with strong stakeholder management
