This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for: a Sales Enablement Specialist.
Job Duties:- Partner with Sales Enablement Managers to execute, track, and improve existing or new enablement programs or initiatives, including the sales onboarding program.
- Manage the weekly & monthly logistics for the ongoing execution of the sales onboarding program, including correspondence, travel bookings, training logistics, roster updates, communication with sales leadership, handling time-sensitive details, and tracking metrics.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure alignment of new sales content and tools with corporate strategy, sales processes, and methodologies.
- Create content, resources, tools, sales communications, and training materials to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Coordinate and evaluate sales kick-offs and ongoing training events.
- Assist in maintaining the sales enablement content portal.
- Support projects across Worldwide Field Sales working with the department director.
- Track employee motivation projects and identify best practices.
- Collaborate with WWFS sales enablement leader to monitor ongoing pipeline activities driven by enablement efforts.
- 1-2 years in a sales enablement role, preferably in software or enterprise sales.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive in identifying potential issues.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects successfully and on time.
- Experience developing sales enablement collateral.
- Enjoy working in a global, collaborative environment.
- Experience with sales enablement tools such as SalesHood, Salesforce, Google Suite, Microsoft Outlook, and Highspot (desired).
