Job Description

Sales Enablement Program Manager - paying £223.10 per day (PAYE) - 12-month contract based in London, hybrid working model

A global business solutions provider is looking for a Sales Enablement Program Manager to support its UK sales team and partner sites across Europe.

In this strategic role, you'll lead onboarding, continuous learning, and performance initiatives for sales teams, operating in a 'train-the-trainer' model with external vendors. You'll ensure training quality, develop content, and support technology rollouts - all while driving measurable improvements in sales capability and effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Vendor enablement & quality assurance
  2. Performance coaching & gap analysis
  3. Onboarding strategy & support
  4. Content creation & delivery
  5. Tool adoption & feedback loops

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Sales enablement or L&D experience
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Familiarity with LMS and coaching platforms
  • A passion for helping teams exceed targets
