We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Sales Director to join our Country Management Team and drive growth in the Netherlands. This leader will combine strategic vision with hands-on execution, thriving in a fast-moving and innovative environment where curiosity, collaboration, and ownership are key. Responsibilities
  • Own the Netherlands sales strategy and ensure successful execution of the plan.
  • Lead the day-to-day management of the sales team, delivering on growth targets, quotas, and KPIs.
  • Drive accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to leadership.
  • Analyse and understand the specific requirements and priorities of the Dutch market.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive adoption of Trend Micro solutions and services across all segments and verticals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to collaboratively expand the customer base.
  • Work closely with the Dutch Channel, Marketing, and Solutions Consultancy teams, while aligning with European and global support teams.
  • Mentor, coach, and support team members to develop the skills needed for their success. Demonstrate a hands-on approach and lead by example.
  • Proactively engage with C-level executives, building strong relationships and aligning with strategic business objectives.
Qualifications
  • A natural ability to inspire teams and create focus, stability, and opportunity for the sales team while fostering enthusiasm and a winning culture.
  • Demonstrable experience leading winning/high-growth sales teams within the B2B technology sector (knowledge of the cybersecurity market is a plus).
  • A strong history of delivering team-based quota achievement and sales growth.
  • A proven track record of managing sellers and coaching their ongoing development.
  • A proven track record in managing complex sales cycles with knowledge of SPIN/MEDDIC methodologies.
  • The ability to articulate complex matters clearly and simply.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders across the business.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience working with Channel, Marketing, and Technical Teams.
