• Experience selling R&D tax credit services, ideally with a proven background in leading sales teams.
• Experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting through to contract signature.
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders across SMEs and larger corporates.
• A proactive, self-starting mindset.
• Strong commercial acumen and a willingness to learn complex legislation around R&D and innovation funding.
