Role Description

We are seeking a part-time Sales Director to lead Evka's commercial growth across the Dutch and EU markets. This role is ideal for a senior sales professional who enjoys autonomy, early stage environments, and building long term client relationships. You will shape Evka's sales engine from the ground up and work closely with the founders to refine positioning, pricing, and client engagement strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Evka's outbound sales strategy and market expansion.
  • Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing.
  • Identify new verticals and partnership opportunities.
  • Develop a repeatable sales process for scaling.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Represent Evka in meetings, pitches, and networking environments.
Requirements
  • Several years of B2B sales experience in tech, software, or digital services.
  • Demonstrated ability to close service contracts with SMEs or startups.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building abilities.
  • Understanding of software development or digital consultancy services.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a high sense of ownership.
  • Fluency in English; Dutch is a strong advantage.
Compensation and Incentives
