The Opportunity: Sales Director, UK & EU
- Reporting directly into the global CEO
- Leading a multi-disciplinary commercial team across the region
- Driving strategy, growth, customer experience, and profitability
- Working cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, and global leadership
The Package:
- £200k-£220k base salary
- 30% performance bonus
- £10k+ car allowance
- International travel
- Hybrid working (2-3 days a week)
