Job Description

What we offer is an exciting 6-month contract opportunity to join our dynamic sales development team as a Sales Development/Trade Marketing Trainee. What you will do
  1. Contribute to In-Store Activation plans development for Key Brands :
    • Support and coordinate promotional activities (from creative development with agencies to final execution at Point of Sale (PoS
    • Be the key contact with the sales force team to ensure good execution of activities in PoS
    • Support the sales team field (materials availability, logistics needs, etc.)
    • Update sales tools for the team (promotion support, sales argumentation, catalogues, etc.)
  2. Development and management of PoS Materials across brands :
    • Assist in developing PoS materials to boost sales and enhance brand visibility according to brand guidelines
    • Coordinate with internal and external teams (Agencies, Marketing, Sales, IT, Supply, etc.)
    • Create a catalogue of available materials/tools for the Brand to share with the Sales team
  3. Participate in specific channel projects and cross-brand support :
    • Assist in creating and coordinating CRM plans for trade
    • Support showroom organization
    • Manage logistics and administrative tasks (code creation, PO management, etc.)
  4. Support on Sales Analysis :
    • Conduct sell-in and sell-out analysis, including monthly KPI dashboards, using various data tools
    • Follow up and analyze in-store activities to identify best practices
    • Perform competitive analysis to understand market activities
What we are looking for
  • University Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or similar
  • Availability to start full-time in London from May 2025
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office: Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proactive, energetic, adaptable to change
  • Teamwork and communication skills
  • Curiosity and high learning capacity
