We are seeking a dynamic and motivated SDR Player/Team Leader to lead our Sales Development team while actively contributing to lead generation efforts. This dual-role combines hands-on sales development activities with leadership responsibilities. You will be responsible for driving lead generation, nurturing prospects, and managing the SDR team to meet quotas in the UK/Ireland.

Location:
  • Hybrid with 3 office days per week in London
Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4 SDRs, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve targets. Conduct coaching sessions, develop strategies to improve performance, oversee daily operations, set quotas, and foster a positive team culture.
  • Performance Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with Sales and Marketing, manage sales pipeline, and monitor KPIs for continuous improvement.
  • Strategy and Execution: Develop outbound prospecting strategies, stay updated on industry trends, and align SDR activities with company goals.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Use CRM tools to track and analyze performance, prepare reports, and implement data-driven improvements.
Candidate Profile:
  • Proven sales/business development experience in B2B, with strong people management skills or willingness to develop them.
  • Knowledge of outbound prospecting techniques and tools, preferably Outreach.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
  • Ability to analyze data to inform decisions.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
