ABOUT YOU AND THE ROLE
Avantia Law is looking for a high performing and driven SDR to support our Sales Directors and Account Executives in generating leads and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will have some experience in a B2B sales role (or similar - e.g. agency recruitment), showcasing a strong work ethic and a proven ability to learn and adapt quickly. This role offers a pathway for career progression from SDR to an account executive position in the future.
- Prospecting through online outreach (e.g. LinkedIn) as well as cold calling to introduce our services to potential clients and set up meetings for the Sales Directors and Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system (Hubspot).
- Collaborate with the Sales Directors, Account Executives and other SDRs to develop and implement effective prospect target lists.
- Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations and other creative outreach materials.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
WORK PATTERN
Full time/ Hybrid: 9am-6pm. The successful candidate will be expected to work from our London Office (near Bankside/ London Bridge) approximately 3 days per week.
REPORTING TO
SDR Manager
- Post university experience in a B2B services or tech sales role (or similar - e.g. recruitment).
- Experience of working to targets
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with prospects, build relationships, and articulate the value proposition of our legal services.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members and cross-functional stakeholders, including the Chief Commercial Officer, Sales Directors and lead lawyers.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving start-up.
