How We Work - Hybrid, distributed workforce
- London-based with a 4-hour live overlap (16:00 - 20:00 UK / 08:00 - 12:00 PT) so you can prospect EMEA in the morning and sync with West-Coast leadership in the late afternoon.
- Asynchronous by default: Slack threads, Gong playlists, Confluence playbooks, and Loom recaps keep us in sync.
- You'll complete a 3-week self-paced Confluence boot-camp, shadow calls in Gong, and hit ramp quotas of 2 / 4 / 6 Stage-2 SQMs in months 1-3. From month 4 onward, the quota is 6 SQMs per month and £ 1.8 M+ pipeline per quarter.
The Role
As an SDR, you'll partner with our EMEA Account Executives to open doors into data-engineering and analytics teams at digital-native scale-ups. You'll combine AI-assisted research with disciplined outreach to create a pipeline for a sales org that blew past 220 % of target last year.
What You'll Do
- Build and iterate multi-channel sequences (Outreach, LinkedIn, phone, video) to engage ICP personas across the UK & Europe.
- Book 6+ Stage-2 Sales Qualified Meetings (SQMs) monthly and generate £ 1.8 M+ pipeline per quarter once fully ramped.
- Collaborate with Marketing on event follow-up and ABM campaigns; attend local London/EMEA events as the Firebolt face.
- Record crisp discovery notes, Loom recaps and next steps in Salesforce so AEs can pick up seamlessly.
- Share learnings in Confluence and coach peers once you master a tactic.
We Think You'll Nail It If You
- Have 1-3 yrs of SDR / BDR experience in B2B SaaS with quantified results (meetings & pipeline).
- Thrive in a hybrid setting-can show written daily plans, self-set goals, and no-nudge execution.
- Learn fast on your own-certs, side projects, or ramp stories prove it.
- Are fluent in Gong, Salesforce, Outreach, and Slack (or equivalents).
- Communicate honestly and professionally on a Zoom call or a conference hall booth.
- Live in Greater London (or nearby) and can maintain the 16:00-20:00 UK overlap.
Bonus Points
- Experience selling data warehousing, analytics, or developer tooling.
- SQL basics or previous work with Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks.
