£30,000 basic salary per year + £10,000 commission, split in quarterly targets

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities in the alternative asset management sector. You will identify and qualify potential leads, initiate contact, and nurture relationships to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients within the industry using various tools to build a targeted prospect list.
  2. Outreach: Contact prospects via emails, calls, and other channels, tailoring communication to client needs.
  3. Qualification: Conduct discovery conversations to understand client requirements, budgets, and decision-making processes.
  4. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships, positioning With Intelligence as a trusted data solutions partner.
  5. Leads Handoff: Collaborate with sales to ensure smooth transition of qualified leads with comprehensive information.
  6. Sales Enablement: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and our offerings to effectively communicate our value.
  7. Reporting: Keep accurate records of interactions and activities in CRM; provide regular updates to sales leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous experience in sales development or lead generation, especially in asset management or financial services, is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and independent worker.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Knowledge of asset management and financial markets is advantageous.
