You will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and engaging potential clients across various sectors, introducing them to the company's offering, and securing meetings for the Business Development Managers. This is not a passive role-you will be expected to prospect consistently, build relationships, and uncover genuine sales opportunities.

Proactively source and generate new business leads through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and prospecting toolsBook qualified appointments for the field sales team across a range of industriesFollow up on warm leads, marketing campaigns, and lapsed accountsResearch and target key decision-makers in marketing, procurement, and HRWork towards weekly KPIs and monthly appointment/lead targetsUpdate CRM with accurate, up-to-date client and prospect informationCollaborate closely with the field sales team to ensure a smooth handover and consistent client experienceThe candidate
