A day in the life of a SDR
  • Focus on the French market, alongside other EMEA regions
  • Develop leads from outbound strategies and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
  • Qualify leads based on our criteria and determine next steps before passing to the sales team
  • Initiate contact with potential customers through prospecting activities
  • Study services and conduct market research to identify new leads and maintain the prospect database
  • Work strategically with prospects to identify business needs that align with Eagle Eye's offerings
  • Present product information tailored to prospect requirements
  • Advance leads through the sales funnel using email, LinkedIn, and phone, then connect them to sales
  • Manage multiple lead generation campaigns simultaneously
  • Follow up with interested prospects who haven't progressed further
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand new product benefits
  • Coordinate with marketing to follow up on campaigns and provide feedback
  • Achieve KPIs and targets
  • Work in a cross-disciplinary environment to identify and develop opportunities
  • Use Salesforce and marketing automation tools to manage the sales cycle
  • Deliver a "Purple" buying process for prospects
  • Participate in internal meetings such as annual kick-offs and quarterly sales meetings
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Must have:
  • Experience: Prior experience in an SDR role, preferably within a SaaS company
  • Language skills: Fluency in French and English
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, capable of impactful outreach and coaching
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, Sales Navigator)
  • Problem-solving: Ability to think strategically, prioritize, and make critical decisions
