Job Description

Dune is a collaborative multi chain analytics platform that provides crypto data to developers, analysts, and investors. With 60 employees across Europe and the US, we offer a powerful open product that lets users research Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and more.

We are hiring a Sales Development Manager (US Eastern Time or Europe CET) to own and grow our outbound motion and pipeline generation engine.

In this role, you will:

  • Own and execute Dune's outbound and pipeline generation strategy across multiple channels.
  • Prospect, research, message, and book meetings as an individual contributor until a SDR team is built.
  • Build and evolve a repeatable SDR playbook: account mapping, ICP segmentation, outreach sequencing, and qualification.
  • market and account mapping for enterprise and mid market segments, identifying priority industries, personas, and use cases.
  • Design and run outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, events, communities, telegram, and twitter.
  • Partner with RevOps to maintain CRM excellence, clean data, accurate attribution, and scalable GTM processes.
  • Hire, onboard, and manage SDRs as the team grows, transitioning to a formal lead role over time.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to ensure high quality handoffs and feedback loops.
  • Leverage AI and data driven sales tools to continuously test, measure, and optimize outreach effectiveness.

Key success metrics in the first 6 months:

  • Consistent creation of high quality, outbound sourced pipeline.
  • Clear ICP definition and account segmentation.
  • A repeatable outbound motion that can be scaled with SDR hires.
  • Strong CRM hygiene and reporting around outbound activity and conversion.
  • Evidence of learning velocity and adaptation within the crypto/data space.

You might be a great fit for this role if you:

  • Have 4-7+ years of B2B SaaS experience in sales development, outbound sales, or pipeline generation.
  • Have ideally sold technical products to technical or data driven buyers.
  • Target roles such as data leaders, engineering leaders, analytics teams, or technical decision makers.
  • Are comfortable building pipeline from scratch in outbound heavy environments.
  • Understand RevOps fundamentals: CRM structure, lead routing, attribution, sequencing, and reporting.
  • Can quickly learn new markets and re map industries that are unfamiliar or evolving.
  • Have a strong startup mindset, resourceful, biased toward action, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Are excited about crypto, data, and building something new, even if you're coming from Web2.
