What you will do:

As a recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for building your own "business" by selling your services to the clients and selling the job openings to the candidates.

Independently acquire new clients and candidates by phone

Maintain close connections with managers and build a network of candidates to meet their specific requirements

Skilfully negotiate deals to secure mutually beneficial agreements for both parties

You will be the primary contact person for your candidates and guide them through the recruitment process

What you bring:

Sales experience is not required, but you have experience in the HORECA/hospitality, sales, recruitment, or a similarly high-performance, fast-paced environment

You are motivated, ambitious, and thrive in a performance oriented environment

You enjoy interacting with others and are not afraid to make new contacts

Language Skills: Fluency in either German and English or Dutch and English (C1-C2 level) is required, if not, almost native English + profound experience in B2B Sales or recruitment is required.

Location: You live in or around Amsterdam, or have very specific moving plans
