Are you ready to help people plan adventures they'll talk about for years? We're looking for a Sales Consultant in Brixton, London.
At Intrepid, we believe the journey starts when someone gets in touch. Our Sales Consultants are central to this-helping travelers and agents from first inquiry to departure. If you love connecting with people, hitting goals, and working in a fast-paced team, this could be your next role. Travel experience is a plus but not essential-bring your passion for service and sales, and we'll provide the rest.
What you need to know:
This full-time, permanent role is based in our Brixton office on a hybrid basis (2-3 days/week in the office). You'll work a rotating schedule across 7 days, with shifts between 8AM and 7PM, including weekends. You'll start with five weeks of guided, office-based training.
The salary is £30,471 plus 12% OTE. Details and sales targets will be shared during the interview process.
Preferred experience includes:
- Experience in sales or customer service-connecting with people, understanding needs, converting inquiries into bookings.
- Confidence working towards targets and KPIs-motivated by results and success.
- Fluent spoken and written English-clear, professional communication.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office-handling bookings, files, and emails accurately.
- Great attention to detail-ensuring accuracy for customer peace of mind.
- A positive, team-focused attitude-enjoying collaboration to deliver excellent experiences.
