Job Title: Sales Consultant
Location: Just outside Bristol
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: hugely competitive package where you can earn more than £100K! There are individuals within this business earning this and more!
Office Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 Monday - Friday - No weekends!
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with new and existing sales leads via phone, and online platforms
- Guide customers through the process
- Build rapport quickly and maintain strong relationships with your customer base
- Consistently follow up leads and close deals
- Submit proposals and work with other departments to ensure a smooth process
- Manage customer queries and resolve any issues related to their order promptly and professionally
- Remain in top of pipeline business to ensure consistency in hitting targets
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the technical sales
- Proven ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
- Money-motivated, results-driven and resilient
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Fast learner who can adapt to changing products and processes
- Strong IT literacy and ability to use internal CRM systems
- Positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude
- Able to influence conversation to close a sale in the right way
