We are looking for the new member for one of our teams:
- Development of our niche markets.
- Specialisation in the world of freelancing with an international scope.
- We will give you autonomy and flexibility.
What you will do:
- Develop your business like an entrepreneur and propose the best profiles to your customers.
- Manage and develop your own client portfolio and seek out new partners.
- Create and lead your network of candidates.
- Manage the various aspects of negotiation.
- Supervise the entire recruitment process.
- Analyse the market and develop a sales strategy.
- Offer a tailor-made service to your clients and candidates.
We're looking for talented people who have:
- The desire to work as part of a team while developing their own business.
- The ability to build relationships based on trust and transparency.
- Great empathy, excellent listening skills and good questioning techniques.
- Ability to work in French and English (our internal language). Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
