Sales Consultant - Thetford Norfolk

Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? Mattressman is seeking dynamic Sales Consultants to join our Thetford store. If you thrive in a customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you!

This role is part time, up to 30 hours per week. We would also consider candidates seeking a weekend-only pattern.

What You'll Do

Customer Service: Delivering exceptional customer care, managing and resolving queries quickly and efficiently.

Sales: Developing and maintaining both new and existing customer relationships through ethical sales methods and outstanding service.

Telesales: Seamlessly handling telesales calls in addition to assisting in-store customers.

Teamwork: Working flexibly and collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and provide exceptional customer service.

Passion & Drive: A passion for sales, enthusiasm for the product, and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
