The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive for a new development located in Somerset. This is a customer-facing role where you will play a key part in guiding buyers through the home purchasing journey while delivering an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present show homes to a high standard at all times
  • Support customers throughout the home buying process
  • Build strong relationships with customers and external stakeholders
  • Welcome and assist visitors, prospective buyers, and existing customers
  • Manage on-site administration and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Working Pattern
  • 5 days per week, including weekend working
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience in property sales (new homes experience preferred)
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of the home buying process, including legal terminology
  • Knowledge of mortgages/lending and financial aspects of purchasing property
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • IT proficiency (Microsoft Office)
  • Full UK driving licence
