- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or case handling roles
- Strong track record of managing client interactions over the phone
- Ability to handle multiple cases and prioritise effectively
- Experience reviewing or managing client documentation and contracts
- Confidence in identifying and closing upsell opportunities
