In this role, you will play a central part in our sales and project management team, supporting sales activities and coordinating them in close collaboration with our Project and Supply Chain teams. You may work on-site in our Madrid or Barcelona office or remotely, with access to modern communication and collaboration tools. High service orientation and strong organizational skills are essential for this position.
Responsibilities
Assist the field sales team with pre- and post-visit preparations
Proactively reach out to clients to identify sales opportunities
Monitor and maintain customer data in the CRM system
Provide telephone and email sales support to customers
Serve as the primary point of contact for product customer inquiries
Prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals
Support the sales team with customer acquisition and account management
Process and manage customer orders, coordinating with relevant departments
Assist in organizing sales campaigns and marketing initiatives
Assist the Sales Managers in collaboration with internal and external partners
Participate in internal meetings to align sales strategies and objectives
Qualifications and Requirements
Completed commercial training, such as office clerk, industrial clerk, or a similar qualification
Experience in sales, ideally in inside sales
Strong skills in CRM and ERP systems
Proficient in MS Office
Experience with digital collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, Monday, JIRA)
Personal Competencies:

Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
Team player with a high degree of personal responsibility
Friendly and professional demeanor, even under pressure
Language Skills:
MUST: Excellent written and spoken in German and English
OPTIONAL: Additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, French)
