Role Description
This is a full-time role for an early to mid-career Sales Associate at Agla Energy's Dutch subsidiary to support our customer acquisition efforts in charging infrastructure, battery storage and PV co-location. The role will involve managing sales processes from lead origination to contract execution. You will be responsible for market research, prospect selection, marketing documentation, maintaining CRM databases, coordinating proposals and preparing client documentation while ensuring smooth communication between clients, engineering teams, and financing partners. Our Dutch offices are in Amsterdam Zuidas.

Requirements
- Proven track record of working in a target driven role with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high growth entrepreneurial environment
- A self-starter with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Experience with operating leases, asset finance, fleet management or energy-as-a-service models a plus
- Genuine interest in sustainability, energy transition, and/or electric mobility
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, energy management, marketing, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in a sales support, equipment leasing, or commercial operations role (preferably in renewable energy, fleet management, mobility, or equipment leasing sectors)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM tools
- English (fluent) and Dutch (conversational) speaker
- Right to work in the Netherlands
