About the role

As a Sales Associate at Victoria's Secret you'll work in an exciting, engaging, fast paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service - deliver an exceptional customer experience, from helping customers find the perfect product to completing their purchase at the till.
• Brand Bra Experience - provide our brand bra fitting experience, giving customers expert advice on size and styles that suit their needs.
• Visual Merchandising - own the merchandising and presentation of our products, helping customers find what they need and what they didn't even know they needed.
• Store Standards - maintain front and back store standards, manage deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention and adhere to health & safety procedures.

About you

• Passion for retail - you love all things retail, front or back of house, and enjoy creating a unique experience for every customer.
• Love the customer - you are keen to learn and develop your customer service skills and product knowledge, and to take part in our learning programmes.
