Sales Assistant

About The Role

We are recruiting Sales Assistants for Smyths Toys Superstores. This is a temporary contract with a pay rate of €14.25 per hour for candidates over 20 and €13.00 per hour for those under 20.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service
• Ascertain customers' needs and wants
• Work as part of a fast paced and dynamic team
• Keep the store clean and tidy
• Pack shelves and merchandise
• Work delivery and complete price changes
• Work on the tills
• Learn about and keep up to date with our products to help customers

The Ideal Candidate

Retail experience in the following areas is highly desirable, but not essential:

• Nursery
• Software & Gaming
• Backdoor/Warehouse

Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we need our Sales Assistants to be as flexible as possible.
