Role Description
This remote role, based in Spain, entails providing sales and technical support for Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems. The Sales & Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for assisting customers with technical support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering exceptional customer service (OEM's). This role involves analyzing customer requirements, preparing and leading technical and commercial proposals, providing detailed product information to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Strong Analytical Skills for assessing and resolving issues
- Experience in Water Treatment Industry
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Willing to travel
