The Sales & Ops team supports 3P in creating efficiencies, strategic planning, process improvement, and increasing sales effectiveness. As a team member, you will leverage program management knowledge to partner with stakeholders, utilize your strong data extraction skills to provide solutions, simplify processes for operational effectiveness, build mechanisms to improve leadership decision-making, and manage initiatives.
The individual must communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical business units and geographies. Successful team members collaborate to solve data problems, implement reporting solutions, and meet high operational standards. Engaging with internal 3P teams, you will manage and support the operational cadence of the business. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and capable of 'telling the story.'

Key job responsibilities- New Account Manager - New Seller Recruitment
- Support companies launching on identify, prospect, contact, and educate them on benefits to encourage activity on
- Build trust with partner sellers and support their business development on Amazon.
- Work on account management levers (selection, conversion, expansion, logistics, promotions, advertising, branding) to maximize sales across Mexico Marketplaces.
- Train sellers on using Seller Central tools for autonomy.
- Lead program improvement projects and develop transversal skills in an international environment.
- Achieve new business launch goals and support revenue growth for third-party sellers.
- New Account Manager - Existing Seller Management
- Build trusted relationships with high-potential existing sellers and support their growth.
- Become an expert in development programs that maximize sales (expansion, logistics, promotions, etc.).
- Support sellers in growth initiatives and collect feedback for program development.
- Train sellers on Seller Central tools for autonomy.
- Lead improvement projects and transversal skill development.
- Support revenue growth objectives for existing sellers.
3P Recruitment and Development aims to assist sellers with launching, adopting programs, and providing feedback to improve internal tools and processes.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with pipeline management using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Knowledge of SQL
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links)
- Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading)
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial roles
- Track record of exceeding sales goals
- Basic knowledge of Python, AI tools
