Posted 10 days 4 hours ago by Innocent Drinks
Here at innocent, we're on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we've gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe's biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).
It's nice to be able to say things like that but we're not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it's possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we're trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that's where this job comes in.
What you'll be doingHere's what we're looking for in our next S&OP Expert:
- Be a guardian of our S&OP weekly and monthly processes, ensuring we are optimising our short- and long-term plans in line with our scorecard and strategy.
- Support the delivery of some of our most exciting innovation launches and beyond. Provide insights into feasibility, support operational delivery of NPD on time and in full, and challenge cross-functionally to ensure alignment with our 'one innocent' mindset.
- Partner across regional teams, Supply Chain, and Marketing on cross-functional processes, from portfolio changes to hitting service and waste targets.
- Keep our S&OP Power BI dashboards updated and identify improvements to ensure they provide the necessary insights.
- Strong numerical skills and the ability to tell a clear story from complex data; Power BI experience is a plus.
- The ability to simplify and structure complex or ambiguous situations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders across functions.
- A track record of accountability and enforcing process rigour to deliver results.
- A curious mindset to spot opportunities for improvement and connect dots across the business.
- Responsibility for key steps in our S&OP processes and the chance to help optimise our company scorecard.
- The opportunity to work at the heart of the business, connecting teams to support great decision-making.
- Daily use of your process, project, and relationship management skills.
- Exposure to all functions and levels of our business, working with a close-knit, supportive team that values fun and collaboration.
We want innocent to be a great place to work, so we do lots to make people feel at home and support their career development. There are plenty of opportunities to learn new skills or take on new challenges.
In return, you'll receive a comprehensive rewards package including a salary, private healthcare, a target-based bonus, and other perks like a day off on your birthday. Plus, you get free smoothies.
We celebrate diversity and believe that a diverse team makes us stronger. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, and even if you don't meet all the criteria, if the role feels right, we encourage you to apply.
Apply soon, as we may close the application process early if we receive a high volume of applications.
