The Part

We are searching for a dedicated and results oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to help us build our business. This position is a combination of new business development, lead generation and marketing execution, so the ideal candidate will enjoy working with clients and being innovative with marketing efforts.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Cold calling and email campaigns, networking and outreach via LinkedIn to identify and generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline matched to corporate objectives.
  • Engage prospective clients to assess needs and efficiently market corporate services.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations.
  • Assist in the development of proposals, capabilities decks, contracts and commercial paperwork.
  • Drive opportunity development through the complete sales cycle and aid in closing the business.
  • Accurately and effectively maintain records in CRM systems, documenting all sales activity and performance.
  • Monitor pipeline performance and take action to increase lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Develop and maintain long term connections with clients to promote repeat business and account growth.
  • Support candidate sourcing and outreach efforts via LinkedIn and other channels (as needed).
  • Help create and execute marketing initiatives on digital platforms.
  • Create and write content such as social media posts, blogs and marketing materials.
  • Support branding efforts with short form video and promotional content.
  • Help organise events, webinars and networking activities.
  • Conduct research on the market and competitors to find new opportunities.
  • Monitor and assess campaign and sales success, providing insights to improve effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing initiatives to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of IT consulting services, experience with ServiceNow and system integration principles.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Agentic AI and AI agents; ability to position these capabilities in client discussions.
Salary

£40,000.00 - £50,000.00 per year.
