Sales & Logistics Support Coordinator (with SAP SD/C4C user experience) - English Speaking - 100% Remote Work (working European hours). 3 Month Contract Assignment. Start Date: 19th January 2026 - 3-5 days per week (flexible) - End Client!
Our manufacturing End Client are looking to hire a temporary Sales & Logistics Support Coordinator with experience of SAP Sales Order Processing as a User. They use both SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer).
Main Responsibilities:
. Order Management: Input, coordinate, and monitor all machine, spare part, and accessory orders through to dispatch and invoicing
. Creating SAP Sales Order Processing using SAP T code VA01
. Customer Service: Handle customer queries and complaints regarding deliveries, invoices, and product issues.
. E-commerce Oversight: Manage and optimize both B2C and B2B platforms.
. Internal Coordination: Liaise with internal departments and service branches to ensure timely order fulfilment.
. Stock & Logistics: Supervise stock counts, control equipment movement, and manage shipping logistics and costs.
. Issue Resolution: Investigate delivery issues, arrange returns, and process credit notes.
. System Management: Maintain SAP logistics data and manage CRM (C4C) for tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
. Process Improvement: Adopt and implement new logistics processes developed by the team.
Scope of the job:
. Coordinate the full order-to-delivery cycle for capital equipment and spare parts.
. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and issue resolution.
. Support the sales team by qualifying leads and maintaining accurate CRM records.
. Optimize logistics operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
. Represent the company's values and commitment to service excellence.
This is an urgent requirement, ideally starting on Monday 19th January.
The client is flexible on the number of days per week (between 3 and 5 days).
