We are seeking out personable, success-driven Salespeople to join our ever-growing Dublin team.

What You Can Look Forward To
  • Base Salary of up to €32,000 (DOE)
  • Appealing commission structure that encourages success (OTE €34,000 - €50,000 in Y1)
  • Clear progression within the role, e.g., going from €32,000 to €41,000 in just 2 years (based on performance and completion of APA Qualifications)

Required From You
  • Minimum 1 year Sales experience
  • Minimum 1 year Contact Centre experience (non-essential but desirable)
  • Track record of smashing targets
  • Durable & Strong minded (when faced with objections)
  • Resourceful and adaptable
  • Insurance Qualifications (or plans to pursue achieving them)
Day-to-Day
  • Efficiently convert warm leads, selling Motor Insurance
  • Inbound and Outbound calling
  • Drive sales and surpass all targets
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8 hour shift
  • Up to 2 Saturdays, 10am to 3pm, every month (this time is given back during said week)
  • Personably and pleasantly deal with customers
  • Impact company processes and team growth
