Responsibilities

• You will sell motor, home, and travel insurance to members and customers via inbound and outbound calls - no cold calling!
• You will be driving sales and exceeding performance targets.
• Working 8-hour shifts Monday-Friday + 1-2 Saturdays every 4 weeks (10 AM - 3 PM).
• You need to deliver excellent customer service, creating a positive brand impression.
• Confidently handle objections & close sales, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Contribute to process improvements and team success.
